Here's a look at one of the Top 12 Girls Hockey Teams in Michigan

The Michigan Capitals made it to the State Finals and now we are planning on going to Nationals in April 2010.
Here's how it happened.....we had a great season, over 40 wins and won two tournaments back to back. We qualified for the State Finals. We had to play Farmington Fire, Rochester Rattlers and Mount Clemons Wolves. We beat Farmington and Rochester and lost to Mount Clemons but still went on to the semi finals. Our second game with Mount Clemons was crucial because we had to win to go to the finals. After the third period the score was tied 2-2, we went into overtime and the first team to score would go to the finals. Forty five seconds into the first overtime Adrienne scored and it was that goal that took us to the finals. We lost in the finals but the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association invited both the Champions, the Icebreakers, and the runners up, the Michigan Capitals, in April we will go to Lansing for 5 days to play 5 games and hopefully win the National Title.

Hoping this leads to a National Championship.

Adrienne is growing up so quickly. She's so beautiful too. Love that she's active in sports and does so well too.

I've missed you Lisa.
