FINALLY, A NIGHT TO STOP AND "ROAST THE MARSHMALLOWS"

I am referring to the old cliche' , take time to stop and smell the roses. In this family, when the kids get home from school we have dinner and it is out the door to anywhere from one to four activities. My kids are not overly busy, I just have a lot of them. Tonight we had absolutely nothing to do. There was supposed to be hockey practice but the ice melted due to a power outage and after a weekend of dancing and piano it was sooooooo..... nice to have a night off. No where to go and all night to get there. Tito is great at spending time with the kids when he is not working, he always thinks of fun things to do. Tonight he made a little fire with the kids and they roasted marshmallows in the backyard next to the pond.
